Sport Specific Circuits - Circuit Training Definitions

Circuit Training is very adaptable, if you're training for a specific sport you can include exercises that mirror movements from the sport into your circuit session.

Or, you could perform exercises like everyone else but make them harder or change them to help you train in a different way. For example, if you need good balance in your sport why not do the upper or lower body exercises on a wobble board or a Swiss Ball to help you target a specific sport.

Circuit Training can help in building core fitness but can also be effective in building specific elements such as Speed, Agility and Quickness.
