It’s recommended you change your exercise plan every 6 to 8 weeks. Going to the gym and doing the same exercise workout each visit will not allow you to achieve the best results.
The exercise workouts we have put together in this section are to help you with understanding how to achieve your fitness goals.
By changing your workouts regularly you will stop any boredom and more importantly you will stop your body from becoming use to the workout. After a while your body will adapt and know what to expect from the workout – you need to keep it guessing!
Any exercise workout should be suited to the individuals strength and level of fitness, don’t try and copy other people’s exercises in the gym without professional instruction.
