Instructions
Starting from a normal standing position.
Take a small / half step forward (keep both feet facing forward).
Keeping your weight evenly distributed, bend / flex both knees (keep knees directly above ankles).
Progression: Flex the knees more (sit lower).
Alternative: The Calf Stretch.
