Performing Fitness Tests

Fitness tests are broken down into two types; Static Fitness Tests and Dynamic Fitness Tests.

Knowing your level of fitness is very important for measuring your progression during your exercise plan.

To help you with this, Fitness-Central have explained a number of Fitness Tests. With some simple measurements you can get a very good indication of your health and fitness levels.

You can perform tests for your resting heart rate or blood pressure to see how health you are, or look at your flexibility and cardiorespiratory fitness.
