The Tricep Stretch focuses on the back of the upper arm. The Tricep muscles are stretched.
- Starting from a normal standing position.
- Straighten an arm vertically and bend at the elbow to place your arm down the back of your head.
- Place your arm along the line of your spine.
- With your other arm, reach across and apply pressure on the flexed arm.
- Keep your back straight.
Progression: Apply more pressure to the stretched arm.
