- Starting from a normal standing position.
- Place one hand inside the other with your palms facing the body.
- Reach upwards and bring your arms together.
- Slowly straighten your arms directly above your head without locking the elbows.
Progression: Push the arms further above yourself.
Alternative: Stretch with one arm at a time.
