Push and Pull Circuit Training is about exercising while maintaining a good balance of the opposing muscles.
Circuits maybe divided into two different training sessions, one to focus on all the pull movements and another to exercise the pushing muscles. Or, the stations in the circuit could alternate between the different actions.
Circuit Training: Tricep Extension A typical Circuit Training Workout could be:
Circuit 1, would focus on the Chest and Triceps.
Circuit 2, would focus on the Back and Biceps.
As with all exercising it is important to exercise all areas of your body and make sure you exercise the opposing muscles to keep a good posture and balance in the body.
Push / Pull Circuits
Great for a lunch time training session, all exercise is based on push and pull exercises. People performing this circuit should look to do another circuit to create balance of the opposing muscles.
