- Starting from a normal standing position.
- Take a small/half step forward (keep both feet facing forward).
- Keeping your weight evenly distributed, bend/flex both knees (keep knees directly above ankles).
Progression: Flex the knees more (sit lower).
Alternative: The Calf Stretch.
