Treadmill

Using a treadmill for walking or running is an effective way to exercise, with regular use you will see an increase in endurance, overall fitness and improvements in both the circulation and respiration systems.

To help with your cardiovascular fitness we have added some exercises that can be performed on the treadmill. If you’re new to exercise we suggest you start with looking at the walking exercises or if you feel confident enough, why not go straight for the running exercises.
